A fusion of hip-hop and ancient epic, this documentary features Akala, founder of the Hip-Hop Shakespeare Company, undertaking a journey across the Mediterranean to learn more about the story and origins of Homer's three thousand year old oral poem The Odyssey. As he takes in sites such as Mycenae, Delphi, Sicily, Ischia and Ithaca, meeting experts along the way, he composes his own fresh response 'Blind Bard's Vision' a synthesis of all that he has learnt on this epic quest.
